How to Check CSC Status Online

CSC project is launched under national e-governance plan. The VLEs serve the users from the CSC centres. VLEs can do registration absolutely free.

Online Application for CSC Registration Online

The government provides an online facility to register for CSC. Follow the procedure and apply for CSC online registration.

  2. Press the option of new registration.
  3. Click the option: “Online registration is open.. Click here”.
  4. Provide your aadhar card number in the field.
  5. Select any of the three authentication options. The three different options are IRIs or one time password or finger print.

System-Related Requirements for Common Service Centre

Following are the system requirements to start a CSC:

  1. CD/DVD drive
  2. 120 GB hard disk drive (minimum)
  3. 512 MB RAM (minimum)
  4. UPS supported computer system with windows
  5. Portable genset
  6. Web cam or digital camera
  7. Scanner
  8. Printer or coloured printer
  9. Internet connection with at least 128 kbps speed convenient for browsing and uploading
  10. Biometric or IRIS authentication scanner (it is required for banking services)
